WASHINGTON, Oct. 26 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Common Alloy Aluminum Sheet From the People's Republic of China: Rescission of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2025.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 26 by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on common alloy aluminum sheet (CAAS) from the People's Republic of China (China), covering the period (POR) of January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025.
