WASHINGTON, March 10 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Van-Type Trailers and Subassemblies Thereof From Canada, the People's Republic of China, and Mexico: Postponement of Preliminary Determinations in the Countervailing Duty Investigations.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on March 10 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
