WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Superabsorbent Polymers From the Republic of Korea: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 25 by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain superabsorbent polymers (SAP) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) were not sold in the United States at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), December 1, 2023, through November 30, 2024.
