WASHINGTON, Sept. 14 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Linear Hydraulic Cylinders and Parts Thereof From the People's Republic of China, India, and Mexico: Initiation of Countervailing Duty Investigations.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 14 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
