WASHINGTON, Feb. 23 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Freight Rail Couplers and Parts Thereof From the Czech Republic and India: Postponement of Preliminary Determinations in the Less-Than-Fair-Value Investigations.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 23 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
