INTERNATIONAL TRADE ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: CERTAIN FREIGHT RAIL COUPLERS AND PARTS THEREOF FROM THE CZECH REPUBLIC: FINAL AFFIRMATIVE DETERMINATION OF SALES AT LESS THAN FAIR VALUE

WASHINGTON, Sept. 24 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Freight Rail Couplers and Parts Thereof From the Czech Republic: Final Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 24 by Steven Presing, Executive Director for Policy and Negotiations.

Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain freight rail couplers and parts thereof (freight rail couplers) from the Czech Republic are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation (POI) is July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.
