WASHINGTON, Sept. 24 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Freight Rail Couplers and Parts Thereof From India: Final Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 24 by Steven Presing, Executive Director for Policy and Negotiations.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of certain freight rail couplers and parts thereof (freight rail couplers) from India. The period of investigation is April 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025.
