WASHINGTON, Nov. 5 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Certain Aluminum Foil From the Sultanate of Oman: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 5 by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Oman Aluminium Rolling Company SPC (OARC) made sales of certain aluminum foil (aluminum foil) from the Sultanate of Oman (Oman) at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), November 1, 2023, through October 31, 2024.
