Today, U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen visited Golden Rule Apartments, a new local apartment complex for seniors, with housing leaders from Southern Nevada to celebrate the bipartisan 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act that she helped pass into law. This law is the biggest housing package passed in decades, containing over 40 provisions to increase housing supply and lower costs for hardworking families. The act also includes provisions that limit the corporate buy-up of single-family units.
