Following today's Supreme Court decision invalidating most of President Trump's tariffs, U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell (D-WA), ranking member of the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation and senior member of the Senate Finance Committee, asked Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent what the Administration's plan is to refund businesses that paid the illegal tariffs.
