ANDERSON, United States Attorney for the Districts of Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands, announced that Bai Yichuan, age 40, an illegal alien from the People's Republic of China (PRC) was sentenced by Chief Judge Ramona V. Manglona in the District Court for the Northern Mariana Islands to 24 months in federal prison for Unlawful Possession of Ammunition by an Illegal Alien, in violation of 18 U.S.C.
