Yakima, Washington - First Assistant United States Attorney Pete Serrano announced that on October 7, 2026, Alfredo Gallegos Guillen ("Guillen"), age 31, an illegal alien from Mexico, was sentenced by Chief District Court Judge Stanley A. Bastian to 36 months imprisonment to be followed by three years of supervised release.
According to court documents, in 2023, Guillen was charged in the State of Idaho with multiple criminal offenses. Guillen failed to appear for court hearings and warrants were issued for his arrest. While on warrant status, Guillen was arrested and convicted in Washington State...
