Seattle - A 37-year-old Mexican national, a former resident of Issaquah, Washington, was sentenced today in U.S. District Court in Seattle to six years in prison for his role in an armed drug trafficking ring that sought drug customers in Seattle's homeless encampments and International District, announced First Assistant U.S. Attorney Charles Neil Floyd. Giovanni Antonio Garduno Garcia was arrested in May 2025 following a law enforcement investigation of trafficking narcotics to vulnerable people living unhoused near Seattle's Chinatown-International District.
