U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) penned an op-ed in the Daily Wire highlighting his Stop Insider Trading Act (https://www.cassidy.senate.gov/newsroom/press-releases/cassidy-ricketts-introduce-bill-to-ban-congressional-stock-trading-restore-trust-in-congress/), which would ban members of Congress and their families from trading individual stocks.
