Today, the House of Representatives unanimously passed H.R. 9394, the Civil Preparedness for Agroterrorism Exercise Act of 2026, legislation introduced by Representative Dale Strong (AL-05) to strengthen the nation's ability to prepare for and respond to acts of agroterrorism.
