SACRAMENTO, Calif., Sept. 16 -- The California State Assembly Democratic Caucus issued the following news release:
LOS ANGELES, CA - Today, Assemblymember Mark Gonzalez's AB 2541, which will create a specialty license plate honoring lowrider heritage, was signed into law by Governor Newsom. Funds generated from the program will be reinvested into lowrider programming and non-profits statewide.
