Senator John Hoeven today announced that his guest for this year's State of the Union address is former North Dakota First Lady Kathryn Burgum, who was recently named co-chair of President Trump's Great American Recovery Initiative. As the Senior Advisor for Addiction Recovery, Burgum will work with the Secretary of Health and Human Services to help coordinate a national response to the addiction crisis, helping to save lives and improve communities.
