EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. - Despite changing state laws and federal discussions regarding the classification of marijuana, the Uniform Code of Military Justice establishes clear parameters: The use of marijuana, CBD, Delta-8 and Delta-9 THC remains prohibited for all service members.State-level legislation regarding drug use has no bearing on service members. Just as state marijuana laws do not apply inside federal national parks, they do not apply to service members, regardless of where they are stationed.
