ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.- U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.) joined U.S. Senator Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) in sending a letter to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) demanding the agency withdraw their proposal to roll back drinking water protections - which, if finalized, would remove federal public health limits on the amount of certain PFAS compounds in drinking water.
