WASHINGTON, Aug. 10 -- Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council has issued a notice called: Notice of Council Updated NEPA Procedures.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 10 by Keala J. Hughes, Director of External Affairs & Tribal Relations, Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council.
