BUTLER COUNTY, IOWA - U.S. Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) is the most bipartisan Republican in the U.S. Senate, according to an independent study by the nonpartisan project Bridge Grades. Grassley earned a score of 96.9 out of 100 in the report, ranking fourth overall among all 100 senators.
