WASHINGTON - Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) applauded the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources foradvancing bipartisan legislation to authorize a feasibility study for the proposed expansion of the Lewis and Clark Regional Water System.

The Lewis and Clark Regional Water System Expansion Feasibility Study Act is led by Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-S.D.) and Sen. Mike Rounds (R-S.D.) and cosponsored by Grassley. The legislation now heads to the full Senate.
