Governor Kim Reynolds has ordered flags flown at half-staff effective immediately until sunset on Monday, September 28, 2026, in honor and remembrance of Norman Borlaug Elementary School fifth-gradeteacher Hannah Jorgensen and student Ahmed Osman, whodied September 22, 2026, during a field trip at Lake Macbride.
