WASHINGTON, June 10 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's Criminal Division issued the following news release:
A Georgia man was sentenced today to 186 months in prison and five years of supervised release for using a firearm during a drive-by shooting at an apartment complex, resulting in multiple victims, including a6-year-old child.
According to court documents, De'Andre Jackson, also known as "Gen," also known as "Glock," also known as "Glizzy," 23, of Clarkston, and other armed GoodFellas gang members drove in two vehicles to an apartment complex, where they intended to shoot the intended victim whom they believed was a "snitch" and not loyal to the gang.
