GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION ISSUES RULE: GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION PROPERTY MANAGEMENT REGULATION (GSPMR): NONDISCRIMINATION IN PROGRAMS RECEIVING FEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

WASHINGTON, Aug. 14 -- General Services Administration has issued a rule called: General Services Administration Property Management Regulation (GSPMR): Nondiscrimination in Programs Receiving Federal Financial Assistance.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 14 by Edward Forst, Administrator.

Summary: The General Services Administration (GSA) revises its regulations implementing Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VI) and moves those regulations from the Federal Property Management Regulations (FPMR) to the General Services Administration Property Management Regulations (GSPMR).
