WASHINGTON, July 1 -- Forest Service has issued a proposed rule called: Organization, Functions, and Procedures; Public Notice and Comment for Standards, Criteria, and Guidance Applicable to Forest Service Programs.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 1 by Michael Boren, Under Secretary, Natural Resources and Environment.
