WASHINGTON, March 10 -- Foreign-Trade Zones Board has issued a notice called: Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) 38; Authorization of Production Activity; ZF Transmissions Gray Court LLC; (Electric and Automatic Vehicle Transmissions); Gray Court and Fountain Inn, South Carolina.
