FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION ISSUES RULE: REVOCATION OF REGULATIONS REGARDING THE MUTUAL RECOGNITION OF PHARMACEUTICAL GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICE REPORTS, MEDICAL DEVICE QUALITY SYSTEM AUDIT REPORTS, AND CERTAIN MEDICAL DEVICE PRODUCT EVALUATION REPORTS: UNITED STATES AND THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY

WASHINGTON, Feb. 19 -- Food and Drug Administration has issued a rule called: Revocation of Regulations Regarding the Mutual Recognition of Pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practice Reports, Medical Device Quality System Audit Reports, and Certain Medical Device Product Evaluation Reports: United States and the European Community.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 19 by Robert F. Kennedy, Secretary, Department of Health and Human Services.
