WASHINGTON, Oct. 23 -- Food and Drug Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls for Human Food; Draft Guidance for Industry; Availability.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 23 by Grace R. Graham, Deputy Commissioner for Policy, Legislation, and International Affairs.
