FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: SANJAY KUMAR: FINAL DEBARMENT ORDER

WASHINGTON, Sept. 23 -- Food and Drug Administration has issued a notice called: Sanjay Kumar: Final Debarment Order.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 23 by Grace R. Graham, Deputy Commissioner for Policy, Legislation, and International Affairs.

Summary: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA or the Agency) is issuing an order under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) debarring Sanjay Kumar for a period of 5 years from importing or offering for import any drug into the United States.
