WASHINGTON, May 15 -- Food and Drug Administration has issued a notice called: Oscar Bobo: Final Debarment Order.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 15 by Grace R. Graham, Deputy Commissioner for Policy, Legislation, and International Affairs.

Summary: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA or the Agency) is issuing an order under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) debarring Oscar Bobo for a period of 5 years from importing or offering for import any drug into the United States.
