FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: NAVEED ASLAM: FINAL DEBARMENT ORDER

WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- Food and Drug Administration has issued a notice called: Naveed Aslam: Final Debarment Order.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 25 by Grace R. Graham, Deputy Commissioner for Policy, Legislation, and International Affairs.

Summary: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA or the Agency) is issuing an order under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) permanently debarring Naveed Aslam from providing services in any capacity to a person that has an approved or pending drug product application.
