WASHINGTON, May 19 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a rule called: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of the Rough Popcornflower From Endangered to Threatened With a Section 4(d) Rule.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 19 by Brian R. Nesvik, Director, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
