FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE ISSUES RULE: ENDANGERED AND THREATENED WILDLIFE AND PLANTS; RECLASSIFICATION OF THE HAWAIIAN STILT (KUKULUAE'O OR AE'O) FROM ENDANGERED TO THREATENED WITH A SECTION 4(D) RULE

WASHINGTON, July 20 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a rule called: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of the Hawaiian Stilt (Kukuluae'o or Ae'o) From Endangered to Threatened With a Section 4(d) Rule.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 20 by Brian Nesvik, Director, U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
