WASHINGTON, May 18 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a proposed rule called: Marine Mammals; Incidental Take of Polar Bears in the Southern Beaufort Sea; Seismic Exploration Activities by SAExploration, Inc.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 18 by Kevin Lilly, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Fish and Wildlife and Parks, Exercising the Delegated Authority of the Assistant Secretary for Fish and Wildlife and Parks.
