FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: ENDANGERED AND THREATENED WILDLIFE AND PLANTS; THREATENED SPECIES STATUS WITH SECTION 4(D) RULE FOR SOUTHERN HOGNOSE SNAKE

WASHINGTON, June 10 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a proposed rule called: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Threatened Species Status With Section 4(d) Rule for Southern Hognose Snake.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 10 by Madonna Baucum, Chief of Regulations, Division of Policy, Economics, Risk Management, and Analytics of the Joint Administrative Operations, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
