WASHINGTON, July 17 -- Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a proposed rule called: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Grizzly Bear Listing on the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife With a Revised Section 4(d) Rule; Proposed Revision of the Protective Regulations Under Section 4(d).
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 17 by Brian R. Nesvik, Director, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
