WASHINGTON, March 30 -- Financial Stability Oversight Council has issued a proposed rule called: Authority To Require Supervision and Regulation of Certain Nonbank Financial Companies.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 30 by Christina Skinner, Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Council.
