FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: TRANSFER OF FEDERALLY ASSISTED PROPERTY

WASHINGTON, Oct. 28 -- Federal Transit Administration has issued a notice called: Transfer of Federally Assisted Property.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 28 by Michael Culotta, Regional Administrator, Region II.

Summary: The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) issues this notice to advise Federal agencies that New Jersey TRANSIT (NJ TRANSIT) intends to transfer a 2.17-acre portion of a 9.27-acre parcel to the Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority (JCMUA).
