The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 13 by Benjamin W. McDonough, Secretary of the Board.

Summary: The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (the "Board") is providing notice that pursuant to the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015 the Board's civil money penalty ("CMP") amounts will not increase for 2026.
