FEDERAL LABOR RELATIONS AUTHORITY ISSUES RULE: IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE FALSE CLAIMS ACT

WASHINGTON, April 23 -- Federal Labor Relations Authority has issued a rule called: Implementation of the Administrative False Claims Act.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 23 by Thomas Tso, Solicitor, Federal Labor Relations Authority.

Summary: This final rule establishes procedural regulations for the Administrative False Claims Act (AFCA) at the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA). The AFCA is at 31 U.S.C. 3801 through 3812. The AFCA requires the promulgation of rules and regulations necessary to implement the AFCA.
