WASHINGTON, March 5 -- Federal Highway Administration has issued a rule called: National Standards for Traffic Control Devices; the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways; Revision.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 5 by Sean McMaster, Administrator, Federal Highway Administration.
