FEDERAL ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION ISSUES RULE: ANNUAL UPDATE TO FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE USE OF GOVERNMENT LANDS BY HYDROPOWER LICENSEES

WASHINGTON, April 21 -- Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has issued a rule called: Annual Update to Fee Schedule for the Use of Government Lands by Hydropower Licensees.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 21 by Anton Porter, Executive Director, Office of the Executive Director.

Summary: In accordance with the Commission's regulations, the Commission, by its designee, the Executive Director, issues this annual update to the fee schedule in the appendix to the part, which lists per-acre rental fees by county (or other geographic area) for use of government lands by hydropower licensees.
