FEDERAL ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: REVISIONS TO FINANCIAL FORMS REPORTING AND FILING REQUIREMENTS

WASHINGTON, June 24 -- Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has issued a proposed rule called: Revisions to Financial Forms Reporting and Filing Requirements.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 24 by Debbie-Anne A. Reese, Secretary.

Summary: The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) invites comments on its proposal to amend certain annual and quarterly financial forms, which the Commission requires jurisdictional public utilities, licensees, centralized service companies, and natural gas and oil pipeline companies to file.
