WASHINGTON, Sept. 4 -- Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: MountainWest Overthrust Pipeline, LLC; Notice of Scoping Period Requesting Comments on Environmental Issues for the Proposed Green River West Expansion Project.
