WASHINGTON, Feb. 18 -- Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Eagle Creek Sartell Hydro, LLC; Notice of Application Accepted for Filing, Soliciting Motions To Intervene and Protests, Ready for Environmental Analysis, and Soliciting Comments, Recommendations, Terms and Conditions, and Prescriptions.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 18 by Carlos D. Clay, Deputy Secretary.
