WASHINGTON, Sept. 29 -- Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: Copper Valley Electric Association, Inc.; Notice of Application Accepted for Filing; and Soliciting Motions To Intervene and Protests; and Scoping Period Requesting Comments on Environmental Issues for the Proposed Solomon Gulch Hydroelectric Project.
