Summary: In compliance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, 44 U.S.C. 3507(a)(1)(D), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission or FERC) is submitting its information collection FERC-549: NGPA Section 311 Transactions and NGA Blanket Certificate Transactions. There are no proposed changes to the collection requirements. FERC received no comments from the 60-day notice.
