The notice was published in the Federal Register on March 10 by Carlos D. Clay, Deputy Secretary.
Summary: In compliance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, FERC-915 (Public Utility Market-Based Rate Authorization Holders-Records Retention Requirements), will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. There are no proposed changes to the record retention requirements.
