WASHINGTON, April 13 -- Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has issued a notice called: California Department of Water Resources & Los Angeles Department of Water and Power; Notice of Revised Procedural Schedule for an Environmental Impact Statement for the Proposed Project Relicense.
